I had forgotten to reset the Weblate repo after my Nov 21 sync, so
contributors kept working on outdated templates. I merged their changes
manually as best I could.

By getting https://github.com/godotengine/godot-docs/pull/8524 to work
around a RTD change.
Note: I didn't resync all translations as it takes forever, there's a
few changed strings, I'll sync those in the next Weblate update.

Still only zh_CN for now.
zh_TW is near 100% complete, but it has hundreds of validation errors
which need to be fixed first.
