This clarifies the correspondance between this repo's branches and the upstream
ones, as well as documents the update workflow used by maintainers to sync the
headers, which can be used by anyone for their own builds (or if they're
running cutting edge Godot snapshots before this repo gets updated).
- explain the differences of GDNative and NativeScripts
- improve readability of instructions to get started
- update the FAQ section. let it take less space and push to the end of
the readme.
- added hyperlinks to C++ and D bindings. Rust soon?
Adds a readme with a FAQ section to answer general questions about
DLScript. A more detailed readme will be added by karroffel later for
adding bindings.
