5a7b398a1e Remove QbieShay/Ilaria Cislaghi from conduct and board (#744) 
Being a part of the board and the conduct team has been a
really great experience and i'm glad i got to contribute
to godot with my time.

As my life goals changes, I no longer want to be involved
in these groups: I prefer to spend my time and energy in
making sparkles and swooshes.

efccceb6d2 Rearrange official and user communities with some grouping (#732) 
Removes IRC (unmaintained) and Steam (not really relevant).

20e9ac818c Add /download/4.x redirects for the current download page 
This also adjusts the format for redirects to make sure
pages are always generated as `/index.html`.
This happens when the redirect link ends with a slash, no
explicit declaration needed. So I adjusted existing rules
to use that as well.

- Convert all events to the data collection format
- Fix various markup issues, typos in texts
