b0de03c6a2 Fixed some Color problems 
Fixed color problems.
Added csm_color_r, csm_color_g, csm_color_b and csm_color_a ConVars. (Alpha actually works now)

a193122d65 Brighness Scale 
I find out that the alpha of the color doesnt work correctly, so i add a Brightness Scale Keyvalue and csm_brightness_general ConVar for this. When you set Brightness Scale, csm_brightness_general uses this value. If you want to change brightness In-Game, you can use Console or for mappes they can use point_clientcommand to change csm_brightness_general.

-Now You not have to copy pitch from "Pitch" to "Angles" in light_env.

-Added csm_third_intensity ConVar
-Added enablethird Hammer option
-Changed csm_current_distance ConVar
-Added csm_third_fov ConVar
-Added csm_nearz and csm_farz ConVars
-Entity-helpers was renamed

-Now r_farz will be 210000 all the time, so fog's one will not work

-new input LightColor that changes a color.
-new input SetAngles that changes angles

-now TurnOn and TurnOff its Enable and Disable
