- Added Mastodon card
- Updated some of the images that were dated (Reddit, Facebook and YouTube).
- Moved Facebook and YouTube
- Updated Reddit's description (taken from the subreddit's description)
- Made the IRC and Matrix cards less prominent by removing the image
- Removed IRC note
