e1442c2e6c Remove cacheroute plugin, breaks live instance (#347) 
We've had it deleted locally on the live instance for a while, but it would be better
to make the Git version match what we do use in production.

fa34d397af Revert "Fix GodotCon banner appearing in front of the navigation bar (#338)" 
The issue isn't the z-index, it's the CSS file not having its Brotli compressed
variant generated. Therefore, outdated CSS was served to users in production.

This reverts commit 59c851941e.
