4efbce1723 Revert "Fix Patreon plugin migration file name"

447bb082fc Tweak display of preformatted blocks (code and licenses) 
This decreases the font size to allow longer lines to fit
without wrapping. Line height was also increased to improve
readability.

6ae53e9459 Fix images flickering when hovered in blog posts 
This fix sets `filter` on all states, so that the browsers compute
the selectable area in the same way regardless of the element's
hover state.
