Emi 9033e8179d Move highlight js to a subdir

Right now, somewhere in the configuration there is some code placing the reference for all the highlight.js related files inside `/qa/highlight`. This commit creates a `/qa/` dir and moves those files there to enable syntax highlighting again. A proper fix should be applied later.
