New Walk, Jumping animation (WIP)

New Walk cycle, much better looking the previous one.
Idle to movement animations have the new walk cycle frames for interpolation.
New Jump cycles, they now correctly loop and have in-place recovery. The long jump one is WIP.
Need to split Jump cycles in component animations.

-Hang from ledge, feet on the wall, idle-cycle and climb up.
-Hang from ledge on a pole, feets/body dangling in the air, idle-cycle and climb up.
-Various pants fixes across other animations, might need additional work.

Splitted animations. Renaming/noexp filter

Splitted vertical and long jump animations in components. Added "climb/fall" cycles (WIP). No root motion.
Splitted climb/descend ladder. Added idle cycles while on ladder (WIP). Only forward root motion.
Added -noexp and -noimp
Added base "T-Pose" animation.
Renamed all animations to lowercase, sent control animations to the end of the stack.
Still needs a hang from ledge anim.
