doc: Use self-closing tags for return and argument

For the time being we don't support writing a description for those, preferring
having all details in the method's description.

Using self-closing tags saves half the lines, and prevents contributors from
thinking that they should write the argument or return documentation there.

This method can be overridden to hide specific import options if conditions are met. This is mainly useful for hiding options that depend on others if one of them is disabled. For example:

<description>
Imports
source_file
into
save_path
with the import
options
specified. The
platform_variants
and
gen_files
arrays will be modified by this function.
This method must be overridden to do the actual importing work. See this class' description for an example of overriding this method.
