03de7c157d Remove npm-specific lockfile 
We use Yarn to manage packages, which uses its own `yarn.lock` file.
Having two lockfiles is unnecessary and can introduce inconsistencies
between development environments.

82f7e14cb3 Use a static navigation bar instead of a fixed one 
Fixed navigation bars are frowned upon nowadays. It's a better idea
to use a static navigation bar which requires less vertical space
when scrolling.

This closes #33. This closes #77.

bfe08d4cef Use the font-display: swap property with Google Fonts 
This makes a fallback font display instantly, making the page readable
as soon as it's loaded.

271278162a Add a theme color 
This color is used in various places such as in Chrome's navigation bar
on Android, Discord embeds, etc.

The color chosen is identical to the CSS variable `--primary-color`.
