1442ac5f0b Fix Windows MSVC build 
Update the CMake tool so it respects the use_static_cpp godot-cpp option
compiling with the proper CRT.

Fix inclusion of secur32 in git2 tool.

0d0c30784d Use OpenSSL on windows too, build libgit2, ssh2 with cmake. 
And update the libraries.
