為音訊匯流排新增硬限制器效果。

----
限制器能阻止音量超過指定門檻。硬限制器會預測峰值,於碰觸天花板前平順地降低增益,避免削波與失真;並維持波形不超出門檻。建議在 Master 匯流排加入一個硬限制器,作為防止突波與削波失真的保護機制。
