- Add "issue reporting" article, with TBD guidelines
- Move "issue triage" to "other" since it's not relevant for most people.
Rename "review guidelines" to "Reviewing pull requests", to match other articles.
Move "general rules and guidelines" to "Pull request guidelines", as it describes creating pull requests.
Add redirects js fallback, from the godot-docs.
Move `docunmentation/translation` to `other/translation`, since translation is not just documentation but also the editor (and perhaps in the future, other places).
