Roman Lavrov 21f16cb163 Disable clang-format on ANGLE features autogen outputs ...

Updates the script to produce reasonably formatted code without
clang-format.

Autogen files moved to autogen/ sub-directories because clang-format
does not support per-file settings ;(

This allows to run this codegen very quickly
(~50ms on my machine)
