Fabio Estevam 7bc38e794b configs/mx6udoo: Bump kernel and U-Boot versions

Bump the kernel to version 4.13.5 and U-Boot to 2017.09.

While at it, remove the custom scripts for generating the SD card image
and use the standard scripts instead.

Udoo MX6Q/DL board

To build a minimal support for these boards:

    $ make mx6udoo_defconfig
    $ make

Buildroot prepares a bootable "sdcard.img" image in the output/images/
directory, ready to be dumped on a micro SD card:

dd if=output/images/sdcard.img of=/dev/<your-microsd-device>

board/udoo/mx6qdl/genimage.cfg.
