Baruch Siach 064ad45d35 package/dropbear: bump to version 2022.82 ...

Support for the Twofish algorithm is removed upstream.

The dh_group1 algorithm is now disabled by default. Enable only when
BR2_PACKAGE_DROPBEAR_LEGACY_CRYPTO is enabled.
