Romain Naour 8bf3d6a1b7 package/libinput: enable installation of python tools ...

Now that we have a python-libevdev package, let's allow the
installation of the libinput Python tools, using a new
BR2_PACKAGE_LIBINPUT_PYTHON_TOOLS option.
