Romain Naour 8e195d63ba package/dosfstools: Fix undefined PATH_MAX under musl ...

Dosfstools doesn't build with musl only if BR2_PACKAGE_HAS_UDEV is set
due to a missing include for PATH_MAX (limits.h).
