Thomas Petazzoni 715498b1ee lttng-libust: needs autoreconf ...

The recently introduced
0002-doc-examples-Makefile.am-define-C-and-C-compilers-fo.patch touches
Makefile.am, so lttng-libust needs to be autoreconfed.
