- add dependencies: gnutls
- changed from mandatory to optional dependency: udev
- add dedicated pipeline configure options
- add optional dependencies: boost, gstreamer1/gst1-plugins-base,
  qt5base, tiff
- update license info (Apache-2.0 omitted - applies only for android code)
