Peter Korsgaard 5a61fbd823 fs/skeleton: remove /etc/TZ ...

Defaulting to UTC (which is what uClibc will default to when /etc/TZ is
missing) seems more sensible than US Mountain Time Zone in the default
rootfs skeleton.
