- fix compile without thread support (add configure option
  '-DNO_THREADS=ON' as requested)

Fixes:

  CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:409 (message):
    Unable to find pthread dependency.

    If you want to disable multi-threading support, set NO_THREADS=ON.
