Thomas Petazzoni 9c5efee81d dependencies: remove useless targets ...

The dependencies-source, dependencies-clean and dependencies-dirclean
targets are not needed, as long as 'dependencies' is not used in the
<pkg>_DEPENDENCIES of a package.
