André Hentschel d854950188 package/openal: bump version to 1.18.0 ...

Patches 0001 to 0004 were upstream backports, so they have been
dropped. Patch 0005 has been upstreamed as commit
af5fb3d6e7. Therefore,
all 5 patches are dropped.
