Michael Nosthoff e97fe4f28c package/openvmtools: use /run for PIDFile ...

Fixes:

PIDFile= references a path below legacy directory /var/run/, updating
/var/run/vmtoolsd.pid → /run/vmtoolsd.pid; please update the unit file
accordingly.
