Waldemar Brodkorb 35c3f7d3ab Revert "zeromq: needs NPTL" ...

This reverts commit 1e2a8d4111.

Since version 1.0.30, uClibc-ng release supports the missing functions
even for Linuxthreads, therefore the dependency on NPTL is no longer
needed.
