c5c66282ba package/libxkbcommon: bump version to 1.0.3 
For details see [1], changelog:

- Fix (hopefully) a segfault in xkb_x11_keymap_new_from_device() in some
  unclear situation (bug introduced in 1.0.2).

- Fix keymaps created with xkb_x11_keymap_new_from_device() don't have level
  names (bug introduced in 0.8.0).

474b4832c1 package/libxkbcommon: bump to version 0.10.0 and convert to meson 
Since version 0.9.x the autotools build system is removed from libxkbcommon
([1]), so convert to meson build system.

Remove the CFLAGS force of '-std=gnu99', believing meson sets it
automatically (a test build used '-std=c99').

Disable wayland support (only needed for the interactive-wayland
test program). This fixes a compile failure in case wayland
support is autodetected:

30fd52a727 package/libxkbcommon: fix builds with/without X11 
We need to explicitly disable X11 support when X11 is not available.
Conversely, when it is, we need to add the required dependencies.

c7f4b96471 package: remove the trailing slash sign from <PKG>_SITE variable 
Since the trailing slash is stripped from $($(PKG)_SITE) by pkg-generic.mk:

$(call DOWNLOAD,$($(PKG)_SITE:/=)/$($(PKG)_SOURCE))

so it is redundant.
This patch removes it from $(PKG)_SITE variable for BR consistency.
