1d430ddcfd package/python-pyqt5: fix QtLocation module dependency
The QT module location from qt5location depends on
QT quick from qt5declarative.

>From qt5location-5.14.2/src/src.pro:

  qtHaveModule(quick) {
      SUBDIRS += positioningquick location
      ...
  }

Adjust pyqt5 QtLocation module dependency accordingly.

6b0ba1a3c4 package/python-pyqt5: select BR2_PACKAGE_QT5BASE_GUI
Even though pyqt5 would be perfectly usable with just the core Qt5
modules (QtCore, QtDbus, ...), its configure.py script passes the -gui
option to qmake unconditionally. Therefore, make sure that GUI is built.

a946657b6e package/qt5/qt5base: add BR2_PACKAGE_QT5BASE_OPENSSL
Commit c110e48cec disabled openssl support
on QT 5.6, this has the side-effect of breaking the build of
python-pyqt5 because support of openssl is enabled on python-pyqt5 if
BR2_PACKAGE_OPENSSL is selected

To fix this issue, add a new BR2_PACKAGE_QT5BASE_OPENSSL option in
qt5base and use it in python-pyqt5

0f9c0bf3d5 Globally replace $(HOST_DIR)/usr/bin with $(HOST_DIR)/bin
Since things are no longer installed in $(HOST_DIR)/usr, the callers
should also not refer to it.

This is a mechanical change with
git grep -l '$(HOST_DIR)/usr/bin' | xargs sed -i 's%$(HOST_DIR)/usr/bin%$(HOST_DIR)/bin%g'

337aa51f3f boot, package: use SPDX short identifier for GPLv3/GPLv3+
We want to use SPDX identifier for license string as much as possible.
SPDX short identifier for GPLv3/GPLv3+ is GPL-3.0/GPL-3.0+.

This change is done using following command.
find . -name "*.mk" | xargs sed -ri '/LICENSE( )?[\+:]?=/s/\<GPLv3\>/GPL-3.0/g'
