package/opentracing-cpp: needs dynamic library support
...
opentracing-cpp requires dlfcn.h from src/dynamic_load_unix.cpp.
This file is compiled unconditionally.
Disable opentracing-cpp on BR2_STATIC_LIBS configurations.

Bump opentracing-cpp from 1.2.0 to 1.5.1.
The license has changed from MIT to Apache-2.0.
The patch is removed because it has been upstreamed.
