Update the upstream URL in the help text in Config.in. Removing
the trailing comment from the URL line addresses the 'Missing'
status in the package stats web page output.

libiscsi uses cunit for its test suite, and autodetects its presence.
Usually, we just try to disable tests altogether, but there is no way to
do so. So, ensure proper ordering.
Note: there is an ac_cv_have_cunit variable, but it is not a true
ac_cv* cache variable, and the value provided on the command line or
environment is properly ignored.

get removed in target-finalize anyway.

The check-package script when ran gives warnings on text wrapping
on all of these Config files. This patch cleans up all warnings
related to the text wrapping for the Config files starting with
lib in the package directory.
The appropriate indentation is: <tab><2 spaces><62 chars>

We want to use SPDX identifier for license string as much as possible.
SPDX short identifier for LGPLv2.1/LGPLv2.1+ is LGPL-2.1/LGPL-2.1+.
This change is done using following command.
find . -name "*.mk" | xargs sed -ri '/LICENSE( )?[\+:]?=/s/LGPLv2.1(\+)?/LGPL-2.1\1/g'

- Remove LD=CC logic in libscsi.mk. This is now handled by the configure
script.
- Add patch to fix unsafe include paths issues. This patch has been sent
upstream as a pull request.
- Use a hook to create the m4 directory so autoreconf doesn't fail.

The recommended form is without the trailing slash. Buildroot will add a slash
between FOO_SITE and FOO_SOURCE as appropriate.
