ba7372fcd2 package/wmctrl: x-includes and x-libraries must be set for cross-compiling 
set x-includes and x-libraries configure option for cross-compiling.
wmctrl can use poisoned paths if these options are not passed to
configure script.

af31c309e7 boot, linux, package: use SPDX short identifier for GPLv2/GPLv2+ 
We want to use SPDX identifier for license strings as much as possible.
SPDX short identifier for GPLv2/GPLv2+ is GPL-2.0/GPL-2.0+.

This change is done by using following command.
find . -name "*.mk" | xargs sed -ri '/LICENSE( )?[\+:]?=/s/\<GPLv2\>/GPL-2.0/g'

ac5473849c wmctrl: new package 
Provides command line access to almost all the features defined in
the EWMH specification. It can be used, for example, to get
information about the window manager, to get a detailed list of
desktops and managed windows, to switch and resize desktops, to
make windows full-screen, always-above or sticky, and to activate,
close, move, resize, maximize and minimize them.

[Thomas:
 - fixed license, which is GPLv2+, not GPLv2
 - fixed wrapping of the Config.in help text
 - removed Config.in comment related to MMU dependency.]
