We want to use SPDX identifier for license string as much as possible.
SPDX short identifier for BSD-3c is BSD-3-Clause.
This change is done using following command.
find . -name "*.mk" | xargs sed -ri '/LICENSE( )?[\+:]?=/s/BSD-3c/BSD-3-Clause/g'

I created the hash based on an old tarball in my dl dir which was
generated without the sorting introduced in commit 4f87aa7db5. This
time it is based on a properly created tarball.

vboot-utils had a hash file, but is says "none" because it is a git
download. Since our git downloads are not reproducible, we can actually
add a hash.
