This is a purely mechanical change, performed with

               -e 's/$(eval $(call AUTOTARGETS,host))/$(eval $(host-autotools-package))/' \
               -e 's/$(eval $(call CMAKETARGETS,host))/$(eval $(host-cmake-package))/'
