It's time to finally switch over globally to the new spacing format
that we have agreed on for the hash file, with 2 spaces as a separator
between fields.

Since things are no longer installed in $(HOST_DIR)/usr, the callers
should also not refer to it.
This is a mechanical change with

We want to use SPDX identifier for license string as much as possible.
SPDX short identifier for BSD-3c is BSD-3-Clause.
This change is done using following command.
find . -name "*.mk" | xargs sed -ri '/LICENSE( )?[\+:]?=/s/BSD-3c/BSD-3-Clause/g'

HOST_CONFIGURE_OPTS allows to pass the correct CC, CXX, CFLAGS,
CXXFLAGS, etc. For example, it allows the elftosb build process to
properly use ccache when available.

Elftosb is a Freescale toolset to build binary image files (like U-Boot.sb)
to be used with CPUs imx23, imx28, stp37xx
