2ced21f8f9 package: add hashes for SourceForge-hosted packages 
Since SourceForge sometimes serves us faulty tarballs, we can tons of
autobuild failures:

Fix that by adding hash files for all SourceForge-hosted packages (thos
etht did not already have it).

We normally prefer to use hashes published by upstream, but hunting them
all one by one is a tedious task, so those hashes were all locally
computed with a script that searched for SF-hosted packages, downloades
the associated tarball, computed the hash, and stored it in the
corresponding .hash file.

Also, SF publishes sha1 hashes, while I used the stronger sha256, since
sha1 is now considered to be relatively weak.

aaffd209fa packages: rename FOO_CONF_OPT into FOO_CONF_OPTS 
To be consistent with the recent change of FOO_MAKE_OPT into FOO_MAKE_OPTS,
make the same change for FOO_CONF_OPT.

Sed command used:
   find * -type f | xargs sed -i 's#_CONF_OPT\>#&S#g'

b86a86cfbb x11vnc: add libXtst as a dependency 
x11vnc CAN be built without XTEST support, but it isn't very useful as
noted by the warning printed by configure when it isn't found:

*** A working build environment for the XTEST extension was not found ***
(libXtst).  An x11vnc built this way will be *ONLY BARELY USABLE*.
You will be able to move the mouse but not click or type.  There can
also be deadlocks if an application grabs the X server.

It is recommended that you install the necessary development packages
for XTEST (perhaps it is named something like libxtst-dev) and run
configure again.

9c53079fd2 x11vnc: fix build without ipv6 support

configure script uses --without-ipv6 instead of --disable-ipv6, and configure
option is only used for libraries, not the x11vnc application.

198f0c9111 x11vnc: bump version to fix build issue with newer libX11 
Fixes http://autobuild.buildroot.net/results/2733c2c9fa7aacb355e0e0b184a5afe41cf35a3d

Old x11vnc defined a 'pointer' function, which collides with the libX11
pointer type. Fix it by bumping the version (upstream renamed it to
pointer_event()).

Fix the dependencies and help text while we're at it.

300f9c9c9d package: remove useless arguments from AUTOTARGETS 
Thanks to the pkgparentdir and pkgname functions, we can rewrite the
AUTOTARGETS macro in a way that avoids the need for each package to
repeat its name and the directory in which it is present.

422ce6536b package: Remove unnecessary dependencies on uclibc.
