Chris Packham	f923eed010	micropython-lib: Indicate that pcre is a runtime dependency ... libpcre is needed at runtime not a buildtime. Indicate this in Config.in and remove MICROPYTHON_LIB_DEPENDENCIES. Chris Packham	2b4d4db2a2	micropython-lib: needs pcre ... The micropython libs load libpcre dynamically using the foreign function interface (libffi). Without pcre the build will succeed but at run time anything that uses the 're' module will have issues.
