mpd: fix vorbis build failure
...
Forcibly disable the vorbis encoder support when the vorbis option isn't
enabled to avoid autodetection.
Said autodetection has a build bug that it won't properly set libvorbis
build options when the decoder is disabled. Fixes:

mpd: add more gcc exclusions

The codesourcery powerpc toolchains also include a gcc that's too old
for mpd to build properly. Fixes:

Also add toolchain comment exclusion for avr32 & sparc since it won't be
available anyway.

Remove multimedia subdirectory

Unless it was a group of sub-packages, packages was never regrouped by
category. multimedia/ was an exception to this rule.
This patch move packages/multimedia/ sub-directories to packages/. It
keeps two subdirectories for gstream 0.10 and gstreamer 1.X.
