- Update site to get latest version
- Switch to generic-package and drop patches as upstream doesn't provide
autotools support

- This bump will fix the following build failure with BR2_OPTIMIZE_FAST:

In order for the kompexsqlite version to match what is given by
release-monitoring.org, the 'v' prefix should be encoded in
KOMPEXSQLITE_SOURCE and not KOMPEXSQLITE_VERSION.

We want to use SPDX identifier for license string as much as possible.
SPDX short identifier for LGPLv3/LGPLv3+ is LGPL-3.0/LGPL-3.0+.
This change is done using following command.
find . -name "*.mk" | xargs sed -ri '/LICENSE( )?[\+:]?=/s/LGPLv3(\+)?/LGPL-3.0\1/g'
