fe5fcdfdbd dos2unix: fix static build 
Pass the -static flag to the final link command. Otherwise, the
generated executables are not static when the external toolchain
provides both shared and static libraries.

86e07957b6 dos2unix: use prefix instead of DESTDIR for host installation 
prefix defaults to /usr, so setting DESTDIR installs things in
$(HOST_DIR)/usr.

e0a46903ee dos2unix: use new gettext logic 
This commit switches to use the new gettext logic, which involves:

 - using TARGET_NLS_DEPENDENCIES instead of hand-encoded dependencies
   on gettext/host-gettext

 - using TARGET_NLS_LIBS to force linking against libintl

 - dropping BR2_PACKAGE_GETTEXT selection

In addition, we now use BR2_SYSTEM_ENABLE_NLS instead of
BR2_ENABLE_LOCALE to decide if NLS support should be enabled or
disabled.

8fd62b4e37 package/d*/Config.in: fix ordering of statements 
The check-package script when ran gives warnings on ordering issues
on all of these Config files.  This patch cleans up all warnings
related to the ordering in the Config files for packages starting with
the letter d in the package directory.

The appropriate ordering is: type, default, depends on, select, help

96e9480fbc boot, package: use SPDX short identifier for BSD-2c 
We want to use SPDX identifier for license string as much as possible.
SPDX short identifier for BSD-2c is BSD-2-Clause.

This change is done using following command.
find . -name "*.mk" | xargs sed -ri '/LICENSE( )?[\+:]?=/s/BSD-2c/BSD-2-Clause/g'

1dbd7b9910 package: move busybox show others dependency to per-package 
Having the BR2_PACKAGE_BUSYBOX_SHOW_OTHERS dependencies in
package/Config.in is not very practical: it makes this file not very
readable, and puts the dependency away from the package itself, which
can sometimes be confusing. Therefore, this commit moves the dependency
in each package Config.in file.
