Although the package claims to support both python2 and python3,
there are some places which contain python3-only code (mainly
asyncio-related).
We can try to tweak some of the files in order to make it work with
python2, but it doesn't worth the effort since python2 isn't maintained
for a long time.
Update the reverse recursive dependencies accordingly.

Also add a comment to indicate that python-rtslib-fb and targetcli-fb
should be bumped every time python-configshell-fb is bumped because
upstream usually upgrades all of these packages at the same time.

We currently have a mix of python packages explicitly depending on python ||
python3 in their Config.in and packages that don't. As all python packages
are inside a python || python3 conditional in the main Config.in, the
explicit dependencies inside the package Config.in is redundant, so drop it
for consistency.

sed -i '/depends on BR2_PACKAGE_PYTHON.*PYTHON3/d' package/python-*/Config.in
