Jörg Krause	2564c3b321	package/ortp: bump version to 0.27.0 ... ortp now depends on bctoolbox, which means we have to add the C++ dependency of bctoolbox to ortp and its reverse dependencies. Bernd Kuhls	0ebad1fb1e	package/ortp: bump version to 0.25.0 ... This version bump is needed by mediastreamer 2.12.1, the mediastreamer bump is needed to provide support for ffmpeg 3.0.
