bb570c80b6 package/python-keyring: bump to version 19.2.0 
* Update dependency list withn python-entrypoints.
* The need for Python 3.x is no longer only related to
  python-secretstorage: python-keyring itself also works only with
  Python 3.x

4cee5723e0 package/python-secretstorage: drop Python 2 support 
Since version 3.0.0, secretstorage doesn't support Python 2 anymore.
Update its reverese dependency (python-keyring) as well.
