8307fd0132 package/libcdaudio: fix build with toolchains lacking C++ support 
When the target toolchain does not support C++, the provided
libcdaudio configure script tries to run a check with the C++
pre-processor provided by the host (/lib/cpp) which may not exist on
some systems.

This issue is fixed by autoreconfiguring the package, as newly
generated configure scripts do not have this issue.

af31c309e7 boot, linux, package: use SPDX short identifier for GPLv2/GPLv2+ 
We want to use SPDX identifier for license strings as much as possible.
SPDX short identifier for GPLv2/GPLv2+ is GPL-2.0/GPL-2.0+.

This change is done by using following command.
find . -name "*.mk" | xargs sed -ri '/LICENSE( )?[\+:]?=/s/\<GPLv2\>/GPL-2.0/g'

2ced21f8f9 package: add hashes for SourceForge-hosted packages 
Since SourceForge sometimes serves us faulty tarballs, we can tons of
autobuild failures:

Fix that by adding hash files for all SourceForge-hosted packages (thos
etht did not already have it).

We normally prefer to use hashes published by upstream, but hunting them
all one by one is a tedious task, so those hashes were all locally
computed with a script that searched for SF-hosted packages, downloades
the associated tarball, computed the hash, and stored it in the
corresponding .hash file.

Also, SF publishes sha1 hashes, while I used the stronger sha256, since
sha1 is now considered to be relatively weak.

c7f4b96471 package: remove the trailing slash sign from <PKG>_SITE variable 
Since the trailing slash is stripped from $($(PKG)_SITE) by pkg-generic.mk:

$(call DOWNLOAD,$($(PKG)_SITE:/=)/$($(PKG)_SOURCE))

so it is redundant.
This patch removes it from $(PKG)_SITE variable for BR consistency.

32b869c324 libcdaudio: disable autoreconf 
There's no stated purpose and it breaks with automake 1.12+
If it breaks in some scenario ping me, i've got a patch to fix the
autoreconf issue and re-enable it.
