gnuradio-runtimeTargets.cmake and gnuradio-pmtTargets.cmake are filled
using CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX for INSTALL_INTERFACE.
Since CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX, in buildroot, is set to /usr, these files contains
path to host system.
With BR2_COMPILER_PARANOID_UNSAFE_PATH package using gnuradio fails with:
arm-linux-gnueabihf-g++: ERROR: unsafe header/library path used in cross-compilation: '-isystem' '/usr/include'
By simply providing 'include', produced .cmake contains:
INTERFACE_INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES "${_IMPORT_PREFIX}/include"
instead of
INTERFACE_INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES "/usr/include"

Since commit fcd9c85475, gr-qtgui has
been removed because this Qt GUI was based on Qt4 which was no longer
supported by Buildroot.
However, gnuradio 3.8 brings a Qt5-based GUI, and therefore the option
BR2_PACKAGE_GNURADIO_QTGUI can be re-introduced.

Since version 1.18.0, Numpy only supports Python 3.x, so we make it
depend on BR2_PACKAGE_PYTHON3 and propagate this to its reverse
dependencies.
Also, since upstream commit d630d96598f1b7ea044d60bea8cd2b87778f072a,
the Cython generated files are no longer part of released tarballs,
and therefore Numpy requires python-cython on the host as a build
dependency.

Since 2019/08/09 a new version of gnuradio is available.
This patch bump to this version with some modifications:
- suppress the applied patch 0001-socket_pdu_impl.cc-fix-build-with-boost-1.70.0.patch
- backport patch to have boost unit_test_framework optional instead of mandatory:
https://github.com/gnuradio/gnuradio/pull/2927
- backport patch to fix neon version detection:
https://github.com/gnuradio/volk/pull/319
- add boost atomic (used by pmt), log4cpp (now mandatory) and gmp as dependencies
- suppress the no more available BR2_PACKAGE_GNURADIO_LOG, since log4cpp is mandatory. Since this
option is now always true no need to add an entry in legacy.
- suppress all workaround for neon. Now volk is able to detect correctly neon
version.
- add explictly path to python interpreter

gnuradio needs host-python2 however there is no way to enforce this so
add a dependency on !BR2_PACKAGE_PYTHON3.
Indeed, if BR2_PACKAGE_PYTHON3 is selected, then buildroot will only
build host-python3.
This issue was not raised in the previous version of gnuradio as
host-python-cheetah was the only dependency and host-python-cheetah
enforces python2 through HOST_PYTHON_CHEETAH_NEEDS_HOST_PYTHON however
we now have host-python-six and host-python-mako dependencies and it
does not seem right to enforces python2 on those packages

The BR2_PACKAGE_BOOST_ARCH_SUPPORTS option was originally added in
commit feeab03fa6 to be able to disable
Boost on broken NIOSII CodeSourcery toolchains.
However, since then, the CodeSourcery toolchain has been updated, and
once the fenv problem is fixed, this NIOSII toolchain is capable of
building Boost.
Thanks to this we can completely get rid of the
BR2_PACKAGE_BOOST_ARCH_SUPPORTS symbol, from boost itself and from all
its reverse dependencies.

The current NIOS 2 toolchains are not capable of building Boost, so
let's disable it and its reverse dependencies. Even though it's not
strictly an architecture dependency, we use the <pkg>_ARCH_SUPPORTS
paradigm for this dependency, since it simplifies a lot handling all
boost reverse dependencies, and is anyway quite similar to an
architecture dependency since we don't display a comment about this
dependency.
