- Disable new dependency on polkit for now.

b582d137a1 package/enlightenment: fix meson warning 
--disable-rpath was added by m4/lib-link.m4 with autotools based
buildsystem. Now we use meson, we don't have such option anymore.

The autotools eet-eet and eldbus_codegen options are named respectively
eet and eldbus-codegen with meson.

0f9c0bf3d5 Globally replace $(HOST_DIR)/usr/bin with $(HOST_DIR)/bin 
Since things are no longer installed in $(HOST_DIR)/usr, the callers
should also not refer to it.

This is a mechanical change with
git grep -l '$(HOST_DIR)/usr/bin' | xargs sed -i 's%$(HOST_DIR)/usr/bin%$(HOST_DIR)/bin%g'

96e9480fbc boot, package: use SPDX short identifier for BSD-2c 
We want to use SPDX identifier for license string as much as possible.
SPDX short identifier for BSD-2c is BSD-2-Clause.

This change is done using following command.
find . -name "*.mk" | xargs sed -ri '/LICENSE( )?[\+:]?=/s/BSD-2c/BSD-2-Clause/g'

cf29428968 package/enlightenment: remove uClibc 0.9.33 workaround 
This workaround was added for uClibc <= 0.9.33.2 by commit [1].
This issue has been fixed long time ago in uClibc-ng for powerpc [2], sparc and
xtensa [3].

Nowadays, enlightenment can't be selected for xtensa ans sparc due to luajit
dependency from the efl stack and uClibc 0.9.33 was removed from Buildroot
since 2016.02 release.

1f83a7a726 package/efl: rename libefl to efl 
This allow to keep backward compatibility with older
defconfig files that used BR2_PACKAGE_EFL.

Don't add Config.in.legacy entry for libefl since it's

00702320cb package/enlightenment: bump to version 0.19.12 
Use the newly added libefl package wich provide a new version
of efl libraries.
This new version needs libelementary dependency.

Update upstream url, add hash file and use xz archive.

Select png and jpeg image loader since enlightenment_start
fail at runtime if png and jpeg image loader are not
available in elf libraries.

cce1485581 package/enlightenment: disable ptrace with xtensa and uClibc-ng 
uCLibc-ng needs to backport the uClibc commit
de6561f6669308e5d2297589b39a217d4c14df1c to add
PT_GETSIGINFO definition.

This commit is already merged in uClibc-snapshot used by
Buildroot's toolchains for xtensa.

For now, disable ptrace with xtensa uClibc-ng toolchains.

c7f4b96471 package: remove the trailing slash sign from <PKG>_SITE variable 
Since the trailing slash is stripped from $($(PKG)_SITE) by pkg-generic.mk:

$(call DOWNLOAD,$($(PKG)_SITE:/=)/$($(PKG)_SOURCE))

so it is redundant.
This patch removes it from $(PKG)_SITE variable for BR consistency.
