95176657e5 package/lua*: regeneration of *.mk files 
This commit aligns the .mk files of Lua packages so that they match
with the output of the recently added Buildroot addon for Luarocks.

ad82a2f65d lua-iconv: remove default definition of PKG_SUBDIR 
The luarocks infra already provides the correct default value for
PKG_SUBDIR, so it doesn't have to be defined in the .mk file.

Therefore, _VERSION_UPSTREAM doesn't need to be defined either.
