To be consistent with the recent change of FOO_MAKE_OPT into FOO_MAKE_OPTS,
make the same change for FOO_CONF_OPT.
Sed command used:

host-heimdal is required for samba 4.1.x since it can't (yet) link
with an external heimdal implementation and can't cross-compile the
internal tools.
