471b1b0ef6 libamcodec: fix build with musl 
This commit adds a patch to the libamcodec in order to fix the build
with musl, which was failing due to missing <stdint.h> includes.

a80f0efa9c libamcodec: needs dynamic library 
libamcodec uses <dlfcn.h>, so it requires dynamic library support.
