0af33406a7 website: make a symlink for the manual at the root of the website 
This will give us a shorter URL, that we can more easily refer to in the
documetation itself, in help texts, on IRC...

2ee00d0964 docs: really move the website 
Now that the automated scripts that deply our website have been updated,
really move the website to its final location.

We still keep a symlink for the images, as they are used both for the
website, and for the manual.
